My armor's in agreement, and confirmed by an officer who was over Heropa one day from now. The city came under extra-atmospheric bombardment, the Captain died, and now everything's reset. None of the locals remember anything.

That means the missile that struck Heropa is still coming in. Captain Basso is going to try and intercept it early this time, but he might fail. What's the range on your disarmament power?
